Hi, friends!
Please do me a favor and check out the article Fred Swegles wrote about our OCMCO concert: http://www.ocregister.com/articles/weneta-orchestra-kosmala-2343991-concert. While you're at it, above the byline it says "recommend" - please click on that, and if you feel so inclined, comment on the article. Fred wrote up a great piece that we're hoping will trickle up from the San Clemente local paper to the countywide "big paper" - and if the story gets a lot of interest online, it's more likely to make that jump. (The page views also help Fred out, and he did such a fantastic story, it's the least we can do!)
Also, be sure to check out the wonderful audio slideshow that features the Kosmala family, three generations of world-class violists/violinists who play in our orchestra. They're delightful! The article is such a perfect showcase of OCMCO's mission of enriching the arts in Orange County as well as the LDS Church's focus on families and Church public affairs' mission to reach out through interfaith relations (the Kosmalas are Catholic - not all members of OCMCO are Mormon).
So, please click, recommend and comment! Thanks mucho!
(And due to popular request, a reverse sock tan photo should be coming tonight...)
